As part of our commitment to the print on demand production of training material we have recently invested in the Windream electronic document management software. This software enables us to control a clients suite of documentation enabling them to access their library of documents held on our servers via a web browser.

Windream includes full text searches, index searches and a complete audit trail of any actions applied to any document ensuring complete version management and transparency from the client side. With an inbuilt image viewer anyone who has access on the client side can view documents in the library without the need for the original application to be present on their PC. This allows the client to check current versions we hold and ensure we are working with the latest copies.

We and our client can be assured that by utilising the Windream system we will all be accessing and utilising the latest versions of their documentation eliminating any chance of obsolete documents being printed and supplied.
