As part of our recent investment programme we have installed a Ertec Star Cutter Inline Sheeter. This sheeter can be run inline with any of our three Drent web fed presses but primarily will be aligned with the Drent Vision. When operating inline with the Vision we can produce 4 back 4, UV dried print straight to exact finished size A3/A4 sheet.

By producing direct to sheet we eliminate any guillotining, enabling us to offer very competitive prices for mid to long run sheet work. This new configuration will run 30% faster than sheet fed presses, delivers the sheeted paper in preset stack sizes ready for packing thus improving turnaround times and further reducing costs.

Typically a 500,000 run of A4 letterheads printed two ink colours on 100gsm laser compatible bond would cost £7.14 per 1000 (exclusive of carriage). If you have a requirement for printed laser sheets then why not give us the opportunity to quote.
